Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Street Smart by Lele! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help with the return process. Please review our return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note, all returns are subject to a $30 restocking fee. This fee covers the processing, inspection, and restocking of the returned item.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, certain items are non-returnable including personalized or customized products and sale or discounted items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please reach out to us at streetsmartbylele@gmail.com within the 14-day return window. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely received.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment minus the $30 restocking fee.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at streetsmartbylele@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or a refund for the defective item.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original Shipping: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
