Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
We offer a variety of shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship internationally outside of these regions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the carrier’s website.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, or global events). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
